Yes, tried everything you suggest, sample files included: No underwater shading.
The colours can be defined in the individual layers and show correctly.
The underwater shading seems to be the only item that doesn’t work in my wine installation.

Must have to do something with wine…

As I said: I checked all items that Claudio mentioned.
– The ship has a displacement,
– the normals a showing towards the water,
– there is a correct draught in the project settings,
– “shade underwater” is also checked and a colour is chosen.

All my models have the correct underwater shading in v6.35, so I suppose it is not a matter of an individual model.

I once more checked all the items you mentioned in your post but everything was already correct.
You know, all my models were created under v6.35 and they all have the correct underwater shading when loaded in the old program.

I know, – same way as it worked in the old version 6.35.
In my installation of version 9.30 the hull is shaded uniform instead.
Perhaps it’ has something to do with Linux/wine.

Thanks a lot.

Now I found the option import csv-File under weight items.
But where will I get informtion about the order and subdivision of data in that csv-file.
