    Hi Tarrance,

Thank you very much for your reply. But I am very surprised at the low attendance of the forum since its creation, a little more than 1200 subjects which only received a little less than 4000 responses. Apart from your message, the responses go back to times which are expressed in weeks and very quickly in months ! …

I am currently using the free version 13.20 (333) of “DELFTship” which I downloaded at the beginning of March 2021 to try to carry out my first two model projects in order to carry out a construction plan and to manufacture them thereafter. I wanted to do it before intervening on the forum to acquire as a priority the minimum knowledge of the software.

    This two projects are :

1 °) – The “pinque Marseille” which is a large tonnage boat, old from the 19th century :

2 °) – the “Fournier RF4-D” which is a glider plane on which I flew in the past. Having more or less understood the mathematical approach of the developers, I concluded that I could make an airplane model with this naval architecture software, not having been able to carry out the project with “FreeCAD” or even with “Blender much devoid of intuitiveness :

Sorry, the two web pages are written in French.

At the end of the plane’s web page, I made some thought-provoking remarks. These are not critics or even requests for modification. I take this beautiful software as it is offered to me.

    Best regards

    Jean-Pierre Rousset
