Video tutorial?

I was wondering if anyone could a video tutorial on how to make a basic hull. My biggest issue I’m having is that I cannot get the right dimensions. I input 250.5 because I want to make the Bismarck and visually it doesn’t seem to be that long I export and import it into 3ds max and measure it in there and it’s only 14m. Same goes with the draft and beam. Also how do you cap the ends.

Open the design hydrostatics report. It should mention your overall dimensions somewhere. Using that as input it shouldn’t be too hard to work out the scale factor in all three dimensions. Use the Scale command from the transform menu to scale your model with the three calculated scaling factors for X, Y and Z direction
