Hi again,
From experiece over thirty years, when making a cabin to fit to a smaller hull, most times it is best to slope the side screens in a degree or two to make the cabin look right on the boat as upright sides tend to make the cabin look too boxey.
It is easy to make a vertical flat plane in DS to ensure flatness of the panel for fitting windows etc, but at present I cannot tilt the vertical plane a degree or two to get it to slope inward at the top.
The math for positioning the edge control points is only trigonometry but a bit arduous when there are points other that corners to define. Is there a simple way to tilt a plane?
Regards,
Denis
