Hello DelftShippers, as you already know my posts are sometimes at borderline but I think that a community commited to naval design must face what happens outside.
This time is about Big Blue Sea Cargoes and the way they face the environment.

For the ones that do not know, MOL Comfort was a containership lost on sea some months ago, causes still “sub judice” but metal stress it’s the most probabile issue, toghether with a possible misunderstanding in weight distribution of cargo – that leads to a even more complicated revenue on declared weights of containers – .
Anyway, look carefully the video: it’s something you have to keep in mind while at the drawing board appreciating enthusiastically waterlines, drag results and so on.
