It is posible to define a tank inside of a compartment or a tank inside of other tank?, the idea would be to define a compartment such as the engine room and the double bottom of the engine room as other tank but inside the bigger tanks which would be the engine room.

Yes it’s possible, only the volume of the smaller tank will be included twice. I guess that’s not what you want, so in that case you should subtract it from the bigger tank in terms of a negative compartment.

The best way to go however is to mode the tanks and spaces “as is”, just like the real thing.
