Problems with the Grain shifting criteria

I was trying to use the additional criteria for a ship, I stablished the Grain shift criteria as the additional criteria, however when i tried to set the weight and the transv location for the grain, the system blocks the data and doesn´t allowe it to be change it keeps marking zero as data.

and yes I double clicked the lock icon and it is indicated as open but the data is blocked, can´t be changed.

Please give a hand on this
