I would like to export the plate developments in the free version of the software, is this possible, and how is it done?
Only the professional edition will allow you to do that. In the free version plate developments are limited to viewing only.
mf, you can find older version of DELFT on line and download. 2.6 allows you to export from the plate development window. It is called FREE!ship 2.6, but I think it is the same as DELFT. In a different thread I asked marven about it but he hasn’t responded; could be this is a taboo subject. Careful because files are not backwards compatible.
marven did reply. I just didn’t see it. I don’t think anybody’s feelings are hurt by using the old version. And I’m finding it a practical solution to the problem. It is challenging however, saving file in 3.2 that are compatible with 2.6. In fact, of the 4 times I’ve tried I’ve only been successful once. Not sure why I was successful that one time either. Cheers.
