Pe = Rt * V ?

Hi, In the resistance view, I calculate the total resistance, then I obtained the Pe = 567.73 when the speed equal 11 knots. Imagine the unit should be kW. But according Pe=Rt*V, Pe should be 651.997. Pe = 115.316kN * 11 knots * 0.514 m/s
Why are they different?
