      How can I input ft-inch-1/8’s when starting a new model? I want to input
      Length 27′ 3 1/2″
      Beam 8′ 6 3/4″
      Draft 2′ 3 1/2″

      I tried entering Length 27-3-4
      Beam 8-6-6
      Draft 2-3-4

      This does not work. Can you only use whole numbers and then adjust the sizes in the model space?

      Convert to decimal feet.

      Length 27′ 3 1/2″ = 27.2917
      Beam 8′ 6 3/4″ = 8.5625
      Draft 2′ 3 1/2″ = 2.2917

      That should do it.
