      Dear Delftship users,
for several weeks I try to create a linesplan with Delftship.
      I have:
complete deckview, sideview and 4 frames as drawing.
I created a new model and put all these informations control-point by control-point into DELFTship.

But now I can not find any informations how to go on.
Perhaps a skilled user can give me some usefull hints.
      kind regards swansailing

      Guide Us, Mc Duff!
Shakespeare a part, more info is needed:
a- wich kind of drawing you refer of?
b- what you mean about “control point to control point”?
C- you have a file .FBM wich refuses to display linesplan? ( could be a serious matter )
So, lighten our vision, please… maybe some help is nigh.
      Jurgen.

      Hello jurgen 54,
      thanks for your e-mail

a- wich kind of drawing you refer of?
I have paperdrawings of this sailing-yacht: deckview, sideview and 4 frames

b- what you mean about “control point to control point”?
I took the x/y/z values out of the paperdrawings and put it into a “new model” using the function “control-points” .
This worked fine, but what is the next step. How can I connect all these points?

      Kind regards swansailing

Well I’m not here to write a manual, but after a bit of scratching my near bald head, I’ll put togheter this:

      Sorry Mr. webmaster, it’s heavy, I know…
It is a way to create faces from isolated points, hope it’s clear enough.
Try by yourself, step by step, then experiment with layer assignement and so on…
Remember: the program is a face modeler, keep it in mind and you can draw everything.
      Bye, Jurgen.
