      Is there any way to move objects and or points from one layer to another?

      Yes,

      • Turn on the display of interior edges.
      • Select the faces by clicking on the interior edges (holding the Ctrl key will speed things up)
      • Once all faces are selected, select the new layer from the drop-down list in the toolbars at the top of the screen.
