Keel and rudder wizard – Strange Volume CoG

  I was trying to use Keel and rudder wizard. I am getting very strange coordinates for Volume’s COG. It is beyond keel dimensions (I made large keel/wing to make it more visible). Picture attached.
  
  Is it program error? Is not it suppose to be the same as LCB if keel is just submerged?
