Intersection between 2 planes

Can you automatically create an intersection line between two planes.For example the intersection between a cilinder (bowthruster) and the hull?

Yes, place your cylinder throught your bow go to
Edit–Point–>Intersect Layers a box will appear decide there you want your intersecting curve to be on the cylinder or bow then delete the outside portion that is left over.

Thank you, it worked

I had tried this but the problem was I had to few edges to see the result.
I needed to create a pumpjet unit in a flat bottom.
After adding additional edges in the flat bottom it worked fine.
