Importing Table of Offsets

I’m at a loss here, and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The table was created in Excel and saved as windows formatted text (.txt). In DelftSHIP I used file>import>table of offsets and selected the file and got “invalid numeric input.” I’ve tried other .txt formats (UTF-16, tab delimited, and ms-dos) with the same result. I even recreated the file in Notepad, but that didn’t help either.

I’ll be the first to admit that I know little about the Windows OS, but I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. A screenshot of the original [file/] file is attached.

Hi, download a sample project from download link of this page, then open it by delftship, later file>export>offsets .. Now you have a sample of offset table. open that (.txt) file and change the values with yours ..
