Importing AYacht rep files and converting to separate developed plates.

I have a lot of Autoship rep files of delevopable hard chine plaing boats I designed back in the day. I can import the files into delftship and I get one large single surface plate.

I do not know how to separate the information out into separate layers and produce individual plates.

Can anyone help please.

Did you search in the help files how to assign faces to different layers?
Another quick method is to use the “Auto group” command from the layer menu on the Home tab. This will group connected faces (surfaces) into different layers.

Works aq treat, thank you. Muswt rember to click on hull display, show internaql edges first though.

In the later editions of Defltship Pro, one cannot import AYacht rep files. Is there another simple way of doing this as I still have lots of old designs stored on flash drives to draw on for starting point for new designs.

That feature has indeed been removed. You could probably still use an older version of DELFTship (version 12 or learlier) to import these files
