Hull Symetry Not Making Sense

  Hi Guys,
  
  HELP PLEASE
  
  Attached is an attempt to model a Perth Class DDG.
  
  I cannot understand why the bilge keel is showing correctly as offset from the centreline by some 19 ft yet the rudders, (offset 8ft), stern tube, prop shaft, and inner A bracket, (offset 10ft) are showing as on centreline in the design hydrostatics.
  
  The model is not finished but I don’t want to go further until I understand the problem.
  
  What is wrong that is making this happen???
