HOW TO IMPORT IMAGES TO DELFTSHIP?

Dear all.
I am a newbie  to Delftship software.
now I have a problem with importing images to Delftship.
I can’t not see the “Edit background  images” button in Tools tab.
There for i can’t not import images of  Ship to D/S for making 3D modeling.
I try to install three below versions but it is same.
If anyone know the reason or know how to import images, dxf file to D/S please say to me.
