  Yes, you’ll need the grain stability extension to do that.
  It’ll calculate the grain shifting moments for dry cargo holds.

  I don’t know, it depends on which version you are currently working with.
  
  What is your module code?
  You can check this number in the About window (located under help in the main menu).
  
  for example: DELFTship ^{professional/2048}
  
  In this particular case the module code is 2048.
