ParticipantI think this one is for Maarten.
I am back to problems with the exported 2d curves dxf file.
I think there is a problem with WCS when the dxf file is created. I am seeing text backwards, y-axis reversed, dimensions backwards and upside down. Backward text can be sorted by telling the cad software to display text backwards, which makes it forwards. Dimensioning can’t be tweaked. Moving in the direction of th y-axis requires opposite entry, – for + and + for -.
I use Turbocad mostly.
AllĀ little confusing to manipulate and read. Can anything be done?

KeymasterInteresting- haven’t yet heard this before.
Are you sure you import the DXF properly (in Turbocad)? We do not have turbocad, but if you are willing to share the DXF I can see if same applies in our CAD software.

ParticipantThank you for your reply Maarten,
I would gladly send you the offending dxf file but it is 1.6mb, which is too big for this. Is there an emailĀ address I could send to.
