This may be a stupid question but, why does the actual beam of my model not correspond to the intended designed beam?
I can only make it coincide it by creasing an edge at beam level, but then the surface of my hull is not smooth anymore and that is a problem.
Any ideas?

Jose, the “design” beam was what you wanted to achieve.
“Reality” is where you have placed your control points.
If your efforts are resulting in non-intended creases, then you need to alter your design parameters.
Hi,
if you want to retain your current fairing you could Transform—> Scale (transverse axis ) your Beam inwards or outwards.
