Delftship crash

  I don’t know if this is the board to post on this subject, but are very limited boards (Three?) that can post on them.
  I was prompted to update (professional version)
  The update was incomplete for some reason.
  I am getting now: “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close application”
  I run “Widows Restore”, Deftship works but the logo of the shortcut and the program changed to standard window logo.
  I have written an email to “Support” but I would like to know if other Delftship users encountered the same/similar problem.
