Hi,
Anyone knows of any free CFD (computational Fluid Dynamics) software to use in combination with Delftship free ?

Although very helpful, Michlet is not CFD. It will not give you stremlines, pressure on the hull, etc.
Hi Marven,
that was interesting, so would CFD programs also show wave trains and eddies simulation.

Just a minor point of clarification…
You don’t need CFD to get streamlines and pressures on the hull. My other potential codes like Flotilla can do that very quickly.
Cheers,
Leo.
Sorry for the misunderstanding Leo. But the fact remains that this kind of information is not produced by Michlet, although it seems to be possible.
By the way, I’ve been searching for the error in the Michlet export routine, but I’m unable to reproduce it.
Thats alright fellers just ignore my question, why who am I ?, “O” thats right, I’m the guy who keeps you coders in beer and condoms 😉
