      Is it possible to model a catamaran hull and use the resulting hull in hydrostatic calculations?

      Certainly, simply model the hull to one side (usually portside) and it should be mirrored for you.

      The caveat is that DELFTship will not close it automatically.

      Alternatively, provided that the hull itself is symmetrical,  you can first design it as a regular mono-hull, then mirror it and move the now closed part off to port side.
