Attachment functionality fixed

  Hi All,
  
  As you probably noticed, the past few weeks (months?) the Attachment functionality of our forum has been broken.
  
  I am happy to report that we have solved the underlying problem, and in our tests adding attachments works again.

  I noted yesterday—briefly—that the attachment size had been increased to 1 Mb, but now has reverted back to 512 kb. Any chance of the larger attachment size?
