Does anyone know of a software program that can be used to animate the perspective view into a video file that I can use for presentation purposes
CAD programs such as TurboCAD and Autocad are capable of animating drawings into video and 3D PDF.

I sometimes use Blender, and you can export your models from DelftShip as an Wavefront File(*.Obj) and open in Blender.
“Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, even video editing and game creation.”
