I suggest in future,
If you havnt already got one buy a memory stick to backup your designs just incase your harddrive goes cactus.
Once you finish your basic hull eg no transoms etc make a copy of it and use the copy to add your transom just incase it goes haywire, that way you can go back to your original and start again, and make a copy every time just before you make any major design changes to your boat. you will find over the course of designing one boat you will have dozens of copies just number each one with a short description eg
Bare Hull 1, Hull with transom 2, Hull with tran + deck 3, in the next version of Delft there will be an auto saving but until then save often.
