On the port side of the vessel place control points just off your hull centre line say about 5cm or so, from top of bow to bottom of stem, once you have your contol points place a thin gray line through them, the centre line will be red, leave the gray line, gray and it will appear rounded while red lines have a crease, just keep fiddling around until your happy with it, if you want it to be sharper made the C/line and the gray one closer if you want the bow to be blunter make the lines further apart.
