Hi priit, your English was excellent.
To my knowledge No , all measuremants are from the base line so if your draft is set to 0.75, click on the control point on your freeboard add 0.4 + 0.75 = 1.15, enter 1.15 into the X coordinate in the Coordinate Box, press enter and you have your 0.4 freeboard if you make a mistake under Edit press Undo. Then do the rest of the control points along your sheer or freeboard, also look at the Project Selected Points on a Straight Line command. You can make the stem contol point one height and the port stern control point another height and the Project Selected Points command with give you a straight line between the stem and stern.
