Hi Otaku,
yes I use the same method for bulkheads and when the hulkheads are imported into your cad program ( I use Rhino ) it should show a bevel outer edge of your bulkhead which you can use for CNC bevel cutting if your CNC software has this facility.
For the camber on your decks you can use Screen Compass ( forget $ ) which can overlay on top of Delft model or you can use the circumference of a circle that should be available in your cad program, I also use the longitudial blue fairng control lines for my stringers although I only have one between the deck clamp and the hog.
Most of your fairing will be done manually, I only use auto at the very end of the fairing process, and when I have compared the results in Rhino which can be reduced to nine decimal places for fairing, I have found the Delft results sufficient for construction purposes. In other words you can design a perfectly faired hull but you cant build it, imperfections arise due to the building process unless you use a mould and even then fairing compounds are still used on occasions.

All the best Mike
