Open the design hydrostatics report. It should mention your overall dimensions somewhere. Using that as input it shouldn’t be too hard to work out the scale factor in all three dimensions. Use the Scale command from the transform menu to scale your model with the three calculated scaling factors for X, Y and Z direction
