Ideally I would suggest the load cases extension, but I guess that would be overkill and also too expensive in your case.
The crosscurves extension could be just what you’re looking for, although it doesn’t give you the stability curve straight away. Instead it gives you the righting lever as though the VCG coincides with the base plane (Z=0.0).
So to compensate you will have to subtract VCG*sin(heeling angle) for each angle in a spreadsheet.
See also the attached document for a sample. The crosscurves are calculated with the boat free to trim, which is absolutely crucial for small craft.
