You have a leak point, causing the hydrostatics to fail.
Press “Check model” on the Tools tab to get an overview of all leak points. Only the ones below the water plane are relevant in the upright condition. In your particular case there is a point 2cm of the center line. If you set the y-coordinate to zero it should be fixed.
