Stations, waterlines, buttocks and control curves can all be exported into other CAD programs. Create your stations in Delft and export them as Dida said (DXF 3D polylines) your exported stations will appear as frames in your CAD Program but they have to be turned on in Delft and turn Precison up to Highest for export.
