Adriano, you can use Gaussian shading to see surface curvature. I use this tool a lot.
On upper picture is possible to see some irregularity of surface. To get rid of this do following:
1. Split upper and lower edge.
2. Connect new points with edges.
3. Have a look after Gaussian shading.
4. Internal edges are not yet as good as wanted, because of an orphan control point. 🙂
5. Let’s add on each vertical edge one new point at the same height as “orphan” point.
6. Let’s connect all these new points with a new edges.
7. Let’s have a look
