LCB or Longitudinal Center of Bouyancy, depends on the hull forms and volume, got nothing or very little to do with the Lwl, for a given Lwl the LCB location would depende in the transversal areas distribution.

For Instance lets take a Crew boat of 30 mts in length, the LCB for the design draft will ussually fall around 12 meters from the after peak.

and for a tug boat of the same length (30 mts.) the LCB would fall around 15 mts. from the after peak even further some times.
